Hello again!
well as I mentioned with last weeks blog, the latest video on our YouTube account would be our 50th film! The film is now officially online and we hope you watch and enjoy it!
We shall be uploading a new video soon celebrating the 50th film, giving special thanks and a little montage of every film we've created from September 2007 all the way to December 2010, including big projects, small projects, college projects and university projects.
Overall, it's been pretty awesome making all these films, telling all these different stories with so many different characters. Here's to the next 50! (and of course a Happy New Year too).

An Upcoming Milestone
Hello everybody!
Next week will be the debut of our short film "Finding Santa", a silly little story about 2 teenagers trying to prove Santa Claus is real.
However, the film is quite an important film, as it marks our 50th film! In 39 months, FOW Pictures has created 50 films, ranging from 1 minute to 1 hour, from comedies to dramas to even horrors. We've done the lot.
This is a huge achievement for everybody involved in the crew, as each person played a key part to getting this far. From starting out as a media studies project to working with Ray Winstone and Jack Huston... this whole thing has snowballed massivly, and because of that, I hope you will all join in with the many things we have planned for the event!
While you wait, please check out one of our Bolex films, this one is called "Late" and is about a young man who is late for work.
And don't forget to keep an eye out on the YouTube page for "Finding Santa" - FOW Pictures' 50th Film!

Bolex Projects
Wow, once again a lack of weekly updates. I should stay on top of this.
Well the major news is that 3 news films will be hitting the internet this December. 2 Of them are from the bolex projects that we worked on in early Novermber.
The final one is a film called "Finding Santa" which is the third film in the Liam and Tom saga.
We're also starting work on our next project currently named "Deadline", which is about 3 university students and the approach of an essays deadline. That will be online in late January.
Of course, like always, we have many more videos and films being made over the Christmas period, so keep watching.
Also, keep an eye out on this blog for a blog about the 1 year anniversary of the start of FOW vs WMG.

Cooling Down The Hot Potato
So The Hot Potato has wrapped filming this past week, and it's been increasable being on set.
Myself and Jonny Hodgetts were down there for 3 days, and we met all the cast and crew like Ray and Lois Winstone aswell as Jack Huston too. We took tons of pictures and made a lot of contacts with the possibility of getting more work in the next few months. Not bad for some 20 year old kids hey?
But enough about that, let's talk about our brand new web-series "The Hot Sauce Guys", in it, me and Jonny decide to try and eat a tea spoon of hot sauces of all verities. In the first episode we tackle some Nando's "Peri peri BBQ sauce". Check out the results!

Late To London?
Nah not really, but the words have specific meaning.
Firstly, our short film "Late", which was the first film we've worked on to be shot on 16mm on a Bolex camera, has wrapped filming this past week. It is now officially in the post production stage, with it's online debut being a couple of weeks away!
Secondly, next week, myself and Jonny shall be finally heading up to London to work as camera grips and runners on the film "The Hot Potato" starring Ray Winstone. This is huge for us as it's a big budget British movie that plans to Premier at the Sundance film festival next summer, and with a lot of powerful names in the uk film industry, we shall be doing our best to establish contacts within the industry. This shall hopefully be the first of many big budget pieces of work we'll be working on.
But do not worry, we shall not forget our internet viewers. Here is our 46th film, a parody of all 4 Jaws movies all in 1 minute.

That was a whirlwind
Hello again!
Sorry for the lack of updates in the past few days. Things have been getting nuts at University. But do not fear, I shall try and keep going with the work I have for the internet fans.
In big news, Liam shall be going on Hull University Radio sometime next week with the debut of his film review segement. Keep and eye out on www.fowpictures.co.cc, our facebook/twitter/myspace pages or even on YouTube when we will bring it to everybodys attention!
On top of that, the pre-production for our Bolex film entitled "Late" is nearing the end, Production will be happening next week aswell.
So in the meantime. Check out this video of Liam and Andy drunk with the camera! Not what you may expect.

Work Slowing Down
Hello again.
Some people may have noticed that the blog hasn't been updated, as well as having 2 of the 3 hosts of The Suplah missing and other odd things.
Well it's because we're back at University and things are hectic.
Once things are sorted out, we should be back on track, just stick around.

Work Experience
Hello there!
Just a quick one, it seems that this work experience on this new film is nearly a done deal (just a few more details need to be worked out), so for a week or so next month, we shall be in Jersey on set of "The Hot Potato".
In the meantime, you can check out a 19 year old beating up a kid. Okay it's not quite that horrific, it's a trampoline wrestling match and I can assure you that nobody was harmed in the making of it.

So... Belgium anybody?
Hey guys.
Thought some people would be interested in knowing that FOW Picture's own Liam Dunne and Jonny Hodgetts have applied for work experiance on a Ray Winstone film known as "The Hot Potatoe" that is being filmed in Belgium.
We're not getting our hopes up, as it's not a done deal. But if we do it, then it will defiantly be the experience of a life time.
We'll update you when we know more.
In the mean time, here's our latest film, the infamous "Quann Of The Dead"!

The Suplah Goes State-Side
Hello everybody!
We start today with "Good News/Bad News", firstly the bad news. Ali Shabby who won the co-host contest on WrestlingTruth.com to join The Suplah has officially left the show for good, however we still have a good friendship with him and maybe see him return in the future.
The good news is that we've replaced Ali with a new guy who will take over his slot. We don't want to give too much away just yet, however we have a feeling that bringing this man in will cause The Suplah to gain a huge amount of coverage over in the states!
The only other piece of news is that our dear Tom Bancroft has left us for University this past weekend, however not before we managed to finish off shooting the 4th film in our "Liam & Tom" film series.
Keep watching our YouTube channel as our resident wrestling critic Andy Quann" continues his hold over FOW Pictures...

Back In Business!
Hello again there dear readers!
Just a short one this week.
Last entry I mentioned how the hard drive we use that contains all out work was basically dead and the future of our videos that we have was uncertain. Well I can confirm that all the videos were saved before the little hard drive snuffed it. Right now we're working off a low memory laptop, so work will be a little slower than normal, but it's not on hold indefinitely NOR have we lost anything except for some past audio episodes of The Suplah.
The next major piece of news is concerning "Quann Of The Dead". The original video is corrupted and nearly lost for good, however I came across a decent (not great but watchable) video file of it, but the catch is that it's lost it's audio. Andy Quann however has a very low quality version of the audio on his computer, so weither we see the films release is still up in the air at this moment.
We've recorded our pilot episode review for Hull University Radio, it's a review of Batman and Robin. I don't know if this pilot will ever be heard outside of the people who need to hear it (i.e. the people running the show to see if the review fits in with their kind of show) but maybe in a few months I shall upload it onto a public website in case anybody is interested in listening to it.
Our resident critic "The Reviewer" has changed his name to "The Massive Geek" and plans on returning soon with a series of videos looking at the Crash Bandicoot games. Also keep an eye on our website as we plan on informing everybody of his up coming blog where he has written articles on many films that people haven't read before!
Lastly, don't forget to check out Crazy Productions/Norton Productions short film "The Hollows" featuring a guest appearance by FOW Founder Liam Dunne. The video can be found on wwww.youtube.com/notraep OR on www.fowpictures.co.cc under the "Those Other Films" section.
Oh and also, keep watching our YouTube page for more videos in this "Andy Quann Takeover" season!

2010 Is Cursed?
2010 is turning out to be a really bad year for us. We were banned for a month and a half at the start of the year. In April our external hard drive (which contains every piece of work we have ever made) busted. In June our laptop (that we use to edit films, and run our websites) busted and had to be sent in to the shop and be reset to factory settings losing all out work on that laptop.
And now, in August... the hard drive has once again busted beyond repair, and currently we are unsure if we can save all of out past, present and future work we have done.
It seems that every 2 months, we hit a snag in our career roads, and 2010 has contained some of the worst snags we could possibly imagine.
So right now, we have no clue what will happen thus far but it seems that our work, and our uploading of videos will be on a temporary hold.
Hopefully we can get back on track soon, and prepare for our snag that we will no doubt hit in October... which will be in 2 months...

Only a quick one!
Hey guys
Quick update
The shooting for the 4th instalment in the popular "Liam and Tom" films is under way, not to give too much away but the lads face their greatest adventure to date after an accident gives them "super powers".
Now you maybe wondering "Well I know about 200 Subscribers and The Debit Card as the first two films, but what happened to the third?" well the third film, named "Finding Santa" finished post production at the exact same time as when our YouTube account was taken down, and the account wasn't re-activated until February, so it wouldn't have made much sense to upload it 2 months after Christmas. Right now it's technically an exclusive film to our Facebook page, however you can catch it on our official website at www.fowpictures.co.cc under the "The Classics" page.
Don't forget to check out the "Andy Quann Takeover" which starts THIS SUNDAY with the first film "Quann Of The Dead", a zombie parody film where 4 friends are stuck in a house with a zombified Andy Quann!
Also, don't forget to check out our first music video in 19 MONTHS!

The woodfootage Universe Expands
For those who enjoyed and are fans of our woodfootage.wmv series from a few months ago. We have great news, the series continues!
Firstly, for those unfamiliar with the woodfootage.wmv series, it follows a couple of young men who encounter (but never actually seen on camera) some creatures of an unknown species. The men set out to find out what these creatures are and to rescue a friend of theirs that they believe to have either been killed or taken by these creatures for some reason. The film and story is all told via the camera, so a lot of unanswered questions remain, which could be explained in future instalments.
Now, we proudly present "Our Story", a parallel story that runs during the same time as woodfootage2.wmv. Now the characters are different, and the monsters encountered in this series is different to the ones in the original woodfootage.wmv series, implying that there could be more than one unknown species hiding in the countryside in England.
Our involvement in "Our Story" was reduced to just Producers/Consultant roles, instead of writing and directing. So we made sure that both series continued along their stories without crossing over into one another, but lived along side each other. The best way I can explain this is how the Iron Man films and the Hulk films exist in the same universe, but with different stories and characters with very little to no crossing overs.
Hope you enjoy this enthralling next chapter in the woodfootage.wmv/Our Story saga!

R.I.P. Shriek Watch
Shriek Watch has, unfortunatly, ended my dear readers.
Casper's adventures as a masked killer has come to an early end. This was a decision that me and Tom B decided to make after we tried to shoot the first episode.
The first was was because we tried to take Shriek Watch a little more seriously, the sillier aspects of the show was removed and it was turned into a more documentary style show. Yet it was apparently after the first shoot that this style of filming just wasn't appropriate for something like Shriek Watch, we wanted to make it like "The Office", but the concept of there being an industry of Masked Killers is just a little too silly for this new approach.
The second reason is that, the storyline for the second series was just WAY too complex for us to shoot on the budget of £0. It involved a lot of stunt work, green screen and screen doubles that, dispute thinking we had the ability to pull it off, we just couldn't do in the end.
The third and final reason is that, we just don't have enough time to shoot this year for another 10 episodes. It's nearly August and we can only have 2 days a week of shooting time, this means we have 8 days of filming to get 10 episodes done. Not going to happen.
Speaking of things not happening, for the same reasons as above, Prime Target 2 is currently on hold as well, however that should continue during Christmas.
So yes, Shriek Watch is cancelled, at least for this year. Instead we shall be focusing on some other projects we have lined up.
On latest video news, we have submitted an entry into the Kevin McDonald film "Life In A Day", it shows me and the team preparing for a film shoot on the 24th of July 2010.
Concerning The Suplah. The show is now going to be a Bi-Monthly show, with a new episode every 2 weeks. This means that we can fill up a show with more meaningful news, and have more discussions on it. On top of that we would like to introduce Alistar as our newest co-host via winning the co-host search! don't forget to check out his debut soon!
Till next time!

Long Time No See Hey?
Wow, this has been REALLY behind on news. I apologise about that guys!
Okay now for excuses. I guess I was just too caught up in being at University, the work that comes with it, the lifestyle associated with it and also... didn't help the fact that I had many problems all the while with my external hard drive and horrible internet connections.
So what's new with us?
Well we found out that Tom has managed to get into University in Manchester to do an acting course. We've already had a year of having the group be split apart due to locations, so this time we know what's going to happen so I doubt there's any need for worry.
Regarding short films and things, well me and Tom have had a long hard talk about the "Shriek Watch" series. Originally we had shot series 2 last summer, but only uploaded series 1 roughly in the winter time and found out that the series (surprisingly) wasn't much of a hit. We figured out that the show just wasn't good and wasn't going in the right direction, so we thought of rebooting the series or just ending it as a failed experiment, but we know in our hearts that we can make Caspers life fun, interesting, funny and complex. So Series 2 is going to be a reboot but a sequel as well, so those who didn't watch series 1 won't miss out on the adventure but they will continue some of the story lines.
The next major project will be a prequel to the film "Prime Target", a film we helped make with Crazy Productions.
So keep an eye on all these over the next few months!
